Red Gum Property Management has committed 10% of yearly net profits to a charity of our choice. Our chosen charity is to support the financial education of primary and high school children on the Gold Coast.
Australia's Alarming Personal Debt Statistics
Australia consistently ranks first or second worldwide for countries with the highest levels of personal debt. The average Australian has more than $20,000 of personal debt. Only 0.19% of Australians have four investment properties and it’s projected most Australians won’t have enough superannuation to comfortably retire. 65% of people who retired in 2020 had balances below $250 000. Most Australians don’t have any idea what their personal budget is or what it could be.
Financial Education For Children
We believe children need to learn the basics of financial wealth creation and start to understand, no matter what job they do, they can be a financial success. We need to teach the next generation to be financially independent, to take control of their lives and their futures.
A Transparent Approach
To help to bring change, we are donating 10% of the profits of Red Gum Property Management to provide financial education books, materials and guest speakers to schools on the Gold Coast. We supply the materials and labour and there are no other costs or funds given to outside organisations.
